There are several ways to request a Nurse Honor Guard service.  *We request a couple of days' notice, if possible, so we can secure volunteers.

Tell your Facility Director, Social Worker, or Hospice Nurse that you want a Living Tribute for a nurse nearing the end of life. 

Tell your Funeral Director or Clergy that you want a Nurse Honor Guard Nightingale Tribute when making arrangements.

**If you are a friend or co-worker making a request, PLEASE make sure that you have the family's permission and that you provide us with the name and number of the family member in charge of arrangements.
